Returns Policy

1 Faulty or Damaged items

Refunds will not be issued if;
1.1 An item is known to be faulty at time of purchase (this does not affect your right to cancel the order as set out in Clause 2).
1.2 Any labels, maker’s marks or anything identifying or adding provenance to an item has been removed or damaged.
1.3 An item has been damaged while in your care/possession.
1.4 An attempt by you or third party has been made to repair an item.

2 Your consumer right of return and refund

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2.1 You can cancel the contract within 14 days of invoice date. If the item has been paid for but not yet been despatched, we will refund you the full amount including the delivery and packaging cost (if you have purchased delivery and packaging cost, these will be listed separately on your invoice or issued under a different invoice).
2.2 If you decide after receiving the item that you wish to return the item you must inform us in writing (as described in Clause 2.5) within 14 days of receiving the item, the following clauses apply;
i) It is your responsibly to arrange and pay for the safe return of the item to Greencore Design in its original condition.
ii) We will refund you, the original purchase price of the item only (this does not include the original packing and delivery cost charged in sending the item to you), within 14 days of receiving the goods back in the condition they were purchased.

2.3 The refund will be processed using your original payment method.
2.4 We only accept returns from the person who bought the item.
2.5 To cancel a Contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to e-mail us at sales@greencoredesign.com or contact our Customer Services team by telephone on 01650 521728 or by post to Llys Mynach, Talerddig, Llanbrynmair, Powys, SY19 7AJ. If you are emailing us or writing to us please include details of your order to help us to identify it. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the e-mail or post the letter to us.  For example, you will have given us notice in time as long as you get your letter into the last post on the last day of the cancellation period or e-mail us before midnight on that day.
